We aim to deliver all UK orders within 2 working days but at busy times this may take a little longer (please allow 5 working days for standard orders). Please see below for our postage rates:

- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day & Insured up to £500) – £10.00
Returns
We want you to love your item of Jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, for an exchange or credit note only (this excludes custom orders). The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition, with your receipt.
We DO NOT exchange earrings for obvious hygiene reasons.
Gift Wrapping
We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders. Orders as standard will arrive in a jewellery box and a paper coloured bag. Gift wrapping adds a layer of craft paper and a tied ribbon. Please indicate if this is required in the comments section if required.
Please also let us know if the item is being sent as a gift and you require the purchase information excluded.
